Dow Jones Hits 10,000 Again

Is this another bubble? It seems too fast. And what does it mean if the rest of the economy, in particular jobs, not shown similar advances. More disconnect between Wall St. and Main St. And isn't it time for the government to help small businesses and workers the way it did big business.
