This individual being set free might not have participated but he is a witness. The only way he should be let free is if he provided information in the case. He then has to be let free into the community where he will be considered a snitch. No one involved in this heinous crime should be let out scott free. The system failed again. You can bet that the animal that set Michael Brewer on fire won't serve more than 10 years. Not enough.
