I bet Cheney doesn't sue. Or anyone else, for that matter. Because then the true would come out. And the torturers, and their supporters, will look pretty bad. If I were Cheney I would keep my mouth shut. All he does bring attention to his miserable administration. And I'm sure Republicans want Cheney to disappear.
