Clinton cites nuke worry; panel fears bio attack

We've already been attacked by biological weapons. The Anthrax attacks were carried out by al Qaeda. The problem is that the clueless FBI hasn't realized it yet. Which increases the likelihood that it will happen again. But this time it might kill hundreds, if not thousands, rather than the handful that died right after September 11th.
